What we need is a developer who knows his/her ways around MXML and ActionScript3. If you have some experiences in developing Flash-based and AIR applications and have worked with popular web API’s (eg. Twitter, Flickr, Facebook) using ActionScript3, that would be would be a great advantage.

What we need is of course someone with a good command of PHP and ActionScript3. Anyone accustomed to programming in an OOP manner wouldn’t find ActionScript3 difficult IMO.
